Empathy is hard to outsource.

It’s not everyone’s cup of tea

To show empathy with other’s.

Only a person with strong character can do.

It requires courage to stand in someone else’s shoes,

And see the pain with their eyes.

If there is any secret for success and good life,

It lies in the ability of a person to understand their point of view and see their side as well as yours.

So when you build a brand

Ensure the people want to connect with you because of the loyalty and character you have and are able to empathise with their experiences too.

Empathy is the medicine which world needs.
