Reading

List three books that have had an impact on you. Why?

Reading is a conversation and a habit which I never want to change. Reading is a place where I would love to stay for a long time. In today’s digital world where online reading apps are replacing book stores and library, I still prefer to read traditionally. Nothing gives me more pleasure than holding a book and enjoying reading. Sound of turning the pages is so mesmerising.

A difficult choice to share three books that had an impact on me as I have read of different genres but will try to do my best. Yet have shared an extra name of book. My apologies ☺️

Amish’s – Shiva trilogy and Sukeldev

A mythology which is beautifully being penned as tale has beautified the Indian history and literature. Though the events mentioned are fictional but it has captivated the readers to create interest in reading Indian literature. I would certainly try creating a habit to read more literature books.

Dr.Brain Weiss – Many soul, Many bodies

A book that made me believed about past lives and how past lives influences our lives as we evolve towards different faces of life. With authentic and correct treatment how regressive patients have progressed in near future. It made me believe in karma and past life. Dozen of cases and history have been nicely penned in the book. An authentic read.

Gone with the wind

Though I am not a regular reader of romantic books but I some how find this book full of emotions and the way it depicted the life tangled between war and love, it definitely created a soft corner for understanding relationships in real life. It’s all about surviving hardships and life after war.

Paulo Coelho – The Alchemist

This book certainly have impact on many lives as it showcase about various obstacles that life delivers to us. One of the prominent book that have huge fan base.

It was difficult to short list the books but if you notice these books are from different genres leaving different ideologies. Opening mind and heart to think from all perspectives.

  1. Amazing books for reading Tanvir. Firstly, I have to say that I as well enjoy reading a book and holding it with my hands and then flipping the pages as I read📔📖📖

Lastly, there are so many advantages that come with reading and one is that it “Improves your communication skills and develops your critical thinking abilities”

So it is safe to read to improve your life. Reading also boosts your decision making abilities. The Alchemist book is a great one, I remember reading it last year, my sister has it and the book talks about the tales of the Omens and the boy Santiago who wanted to travel as that was his dream💡🙌

  3. The Mysterious Library of Lost Souls

In a small town nestled in the heart of a dense forest, there existed a library like no other. It was a place where books didn’t contain stories, but rather, the stories themselves contained the books. The library was called the Mysterious Library of Lost Souls, and it was rumored that anyone who entered its walls would never be the same again.
