Forgotten Lessons of Life

Life is unpredictable. In the journey of life never be stagnant in your thoughts. Be enough  flexible to make changes in life as per the requirements but to be charged up all time we need to remember and apply the teachings that life, experiences and elders have taught  but many of them we have already forgotten.

  • Choose people who walk the walk and not just talk the talk.  Because you can only trust the people who have followed through with action rather than empty words.
  • Some people will never change.
  • You will be Extremely greatful that somethings didn’t work out the way you once wanted them to.
  • Manage expectations rather than getting hurt when expectations are not fulfilled the way you desired.
  • Don’t depend on the others for validation. Learn to validate yourself.
  • Get a thought out from your mind that somebody owes you in lifeThat’s just a false sense of satisfaction created in your mind.
  • In life always be straightforward and honest because beating around the bush is dumb.
  • Don’t make time for people who don’t make time for you.
  • You are growing. You are not the same person you were a year ago.
  • It is useless to stress yourself out about things you cannot change. MOVE ON. LET IT GO. GET OVER IT.
  • A strong friendship don’t need daily conversations. As long as the relationship lives in your heart. True friends will never part.
  • You have overcome the challenges before. So don’t be scared to face more in life. You can do it. As you have picked yourself up, dusted yourself off, and started again.
  • There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.
  • Stop complaining in life. If something doesn’t go well as you wanted than stop cribbing and adjust your lifestyle. If you want the extravagant lifestyle, that you have to work hard for it, even if you don’t life the job.
  • We all have got only one life to live. Don’t know what we will be in next birth. Stop imposing restrictions on yourself and  life fully until you are bothering your surroundings.
  • Don’t worry about what other people think about you.
  • Always be kind. Even when the people take it for granted.

I somehow have a little contradiction with one of my own thought shared :

  • You are growing. You are not the same person you were a year ago.

I agree that the time and situation what is today, was not the same  what it was a year ago as things changes with time and so do people but the basic nature of an individual don’t change. Or the lesson says that human behaviour is circumstantial which changes with time. I too have changed a bit with time I think but the question is “how much?” It’s because of the need of time or I forgot to stay strong on my own principles at the time of need.

I wish the readers to share you thoughts and highlight your views on this point. Free to share your lessons of life too.

Insaan insaan ke kaam aaye khud ko itna lachila bana lo,

  4. Very good article! We liked very much the point where says ”There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for”. So true! We get caught up with your problems that we frequently forget what we have! And what we have is way more valuable than the one we are asking for!
