Traveller’s diary!!

In my earlier post Beauty of Indian Culture from my eyes!! had showed you the beautiful culture of India with many lovely and admired traditions that are being followed by our people, though continued part will be published soon but this post is equally related for the ones who want to travel India or Indians who love travelling, must add these places in your wish list while visiting places in India.

There are various places and attractions in every hook and corner of the country, that visiting these places will be one of the most exciting and memorable visit in ones life. Visiting the various places in India one need enough time and for foreigners will always suggest to visit in appropriate weather. As summers are pretty tough for  ones who stay in moderate conditions.

Here comes the wish list for travellers!!

  • Sunset of Brahmaputra :


The majestic Brahmaputra river is one of the most important river of the Northeast India. Originates at Tibet and flows through great mountains of Arunachal Pradesh and the valley of Assam, then falls into the Bay of Bengal. During the sunset over 2900  km long Brahmaputra river and rays of sun are playing water. A beautiful attraction and life time moment to be enjoyed.

  • Mangrove Forest of Sundarbans :


The mangrove forests of Sundarbans are one of the most largest tidal  halophytic mangrove in the world situated at the Sunderbans Delta in West Bengal.The Sunderbans region ia a UNSECO World Hertiage Site and densely covered forest and large number of area covered with Royal Bengal Tigers. Sunderbans means the beautiful forest created by Ganges Delta on th Bay of Bengal.

  • Atonishing Waterfalls in Shillong :

Mawsynarm is a small village loacted on the East Khasi Hills of northeasr Meghalaya state. The place is known as the wettest place on the earth with annual rainfall of 11,872mm . Meghlaya also host another wetest place call Cherapunji next to Mawsynram and receives second highest rainfall of the year. This region is surrounded by big hills, lush green mountains and nu,ber of famous waterfalls in India.

  • Wildlife in Kanha National Park : 


Kahna National Park is siutated at the heartland of India called Madhya Pradesh. The Tiger Reserve is one of the largest National Park  and home of significant population of The Royal Bengal Tigers and Indian Leopards along with Indian wild dogs. Kahna National Park is very rich in wildlife andmostly covered with dense bamboo and sal forests.

Kanha National Park is the only place in the world for Barasingha also known as swamp deer, Kanha has around 400 Barasingha and still counting.

  • Night in the Thar Desert :


The Great Indian Desert is siutated in the Royal state of Rajasthan and surrounded by Aravalli mountain ranges and Great Rann of Kutch. Thar Desert offers one of the wonderful experience. A night among the dunes along with enjoyable Camel ride. Bikaner is also known as the jewel of the Thar Desert  with extreme climate conditions.

  • Backwaters of Kerela :


The God’s own country offers the best experience to have, roamong on the brackish lagoons and lakes along with the Arabian Sea coast. The Kerala backwaters are created by five large lakes, canals,rivers and covers almost half of the state.  Kerala backwaters serve as National Waterway for backwater cruises to lonk number of towns, cities and facilitating cargo movement and backwater tourism. The lakes are one of the major attractions of Kerala.

  • Exotic Beaches of Goa :


Goa being the smallest state but it attracts the maximum tourisum and is well known not ony for beaches but also for world hertiage architecture and worship sights.I had visited Goa during New Year eve and yes it was as visiting heaven. Anjana Beach wow what a beautful beach. Beaches of Goa are world wide known for its freedom which is unique in its own way. Also the flaura and fauna along with western ghats are famous.

  • Temples of Bhubaneswar City :


Bhubaneswar known for city of temples have more than 600 temples. The  Kalinga Nagari is the captial of Orissa and is also registered as cleanest and the greenest city in India. Bhubaneshwar is the only city whcih is dedicated to temple to the Great Trinity  “Bhrama-Vishu-Mahesh” those are Bhrama Temple Bindusagar. The Lingaraj Temple of Great lord Shiva.

  • Colors at Sea of Kanyakumari :


The Cape of Comorin or Kyanyakumari is siutated in the confluence of three great water bodies The Arabian Sea, The Bay of Bengal, and  The Indian Ocean.  Kanyakumari is the percious Jewel of the Oceans and one of the holy sites for Hindus due to  Kanyakumari Temple one of the 52  Shakti Peetha in India. As per the weather changes and sun location color of these three seas get changes accordingly.

  • Tea Gardens of Darjeeling :


Darjeeling, queen of hills is located at the foothills of Himalayas in eastern India of the West Bengal state. the large tea plantation region also  known as gardens of Darjeeling is one of the major attraction of tourisum along with beautiful flora, treking, adventure sports , rafting and hiking.

  • Great Rann of Kutch :


The Great white Rann is located mostly in Kutch region of Gujrat state and a remarkable place to visit. Great Rann of Kutch is one of the largest salt desert in the world.

  • Ladakh Mountatin passes :


Ladakh is also known as the land of passes and the valley offers  breathtaking views of  the himalyas. Yje most famous mountain passes in Ladakh is Khardung La pass and that is also the highest motorable pass in the Leh Ladakh.

  • Andaman Coral Reefs :


Andaman and Nicobar Islands are siutated in Bay of Bengal and is known for best Honeymoon destination. The island is known for one of the best place in India for underwater world of coral reefs.

  • Shimmers on Ladakh Lake 


Ladakh is home to some of the most spectacular lakes of region situated at 4,350m. These lakes of Ladakh changes forms at every next hour of the day and appear most beautiful during evenings. Pangong Tso is one of the most beautiful high altitude Lakes of Ladakh along with other Tso Moriri Lake. Te blue skies over the lakes along with temulous light of sun on the water bodies give a shimmering reflection which looks like stars on earth.

Talking about my wish list, i want to see my beautiful country first with my own beautiful eyes and tell the whole world welcome to Heaven and have the best adventurous trip.

  1. Wow this is some spectacular photography! India looks soooo beautiful, especially those beaches and the desert! I think a traveler would need a good month to see everything. Definitely hope to go check it out one day πŸ™‚
